Webinar Message Notifications

There are several indications and alerts you can get about engagement in your webinar (message or questions)

Email Notifications:

You can setup email notifications so that you receive an email response for messages and questions. Just a note that we only notify you of the first messages if unread in 30 seconds. We do not email every message to you. This is just to serve as a notification that message could be starting to come in. We do email all questions to you.

Just a note that you must confirm your email before it will be allowed to setup notifications

Visual Notifications

If you have WebinarFuel open on your desktop you will see a number in the browser tab window of new unread messages and also the Messages tab in the navigation will highlight red
