The following is a complete list from A to Z of what you need to do to setup your first webinar in the WebinarFuel platform. This entire setup should take you less than 30 minutes if you already have the assets you need to run your webinar. This is a quick platform overview video that you should watch before proceeding any further. This is only 5 minutes, but gives you a great idea of where things are inside WebinarFuel

The first thing you need to understand are the assets you NEED in order to build an automated webinar within the WebinarFuel platform:

  1. You need a landing page of some kind. WebinarFuel DOES have basic prebuilt landing pages for you, however, we do provide the “widget” that registers and pushes people into your webinars if you want to use your own landing page software.
  2. A video hosting account is necessary for hosting your webinar video file. We currently integrate with Wistia, Vimeo and Sprout video. We also offer a number of hosted videos depending on your plan with a 1TB bandwidth limit. If you need more, please contact support for a custom plan.
  3. An order page is required so that you can send people to your order form during the webinar to make their purchase of your offer.
  4. A “Thank You” page isn’t required, however, we suggest having one readily available that people are sent to after they place their order. This way we can put the tracking code on this page to track all your sales into the platform.

Once you have those things available you can now begin the setup of your webinar inside the WebinarFuel platform following these easy steps: 

1. Click on the + sign to create your new webinar. On this screen you will simply name your webinar, select the video you are going to use for your webinar and you can leave the schedule as it is, we’re going to edit that in the next step. I do suggest selecting the time zone you want your available dates/times to show up in for your audience.

2. Once you have done this you’ll click on the SCHEDULE button in the navigation and we’re going to set up your schedule. It’s much easier for us to explain how the schedule works in a video so here’s a link to one that will quickly help you understand how schedules work and show you what you need to know to set yours how you want it. 

3. Now we’re going to click on REGISTRATION WIDGETS. In this step we are setting up the Registration AND Thank You page widgets for your webinar. We have prepared a video for you to show you how these work:

4. Now you’re going to place these widget codes on your registration and thank you page for your webinar funnel. It’s important to note that these can go on ANY type of web page regardless of where you built it. In our demo we are showing you how to do this on ClickFunnels simply because we use ClickFunnels in our business. 

5. (SIDE NOTE) If you do not have a page prepared and you happen to use ClickFunnels (or just want something to copy) this registration page framework has proven to do well for many users on our platform. We have provided a “share code” for ClickFunnels users and links to the pages for those that don’t use ClickFunnels to review so you can copy this if you don’t already have what you need for this step:

6. In the WebinarFuel platform we like to give you complete control over what happens to registrants at any time within the process. In this next step you will input your registration and thank you page URLS and tell WebinarFuel what to do with attendees at the end of your webinars.

7. We’re now going to set up your WEBINAR ROOM. This step allows you to customize how the webinar is going to look and feel for people that join. We also set up all customizations for the REPLAY in this step AND we set up our CTA’s.

8. IF you want your data (registrants) to pass to a 3rd party auto-responder system now is the time to set this up using our Integrations. WebinarFuel (unlike other platforms) has a full CRM built-in, which means this step is not necessary by any means. However, we find that most of our customers do like to get their data pushed to their auto-responder for further promotion outside of the webinar itself.

9. Now we’re going to navigate to the Notifications, which is our favorite part of the entire system! Our notifications are extremely robust because we know THIS IS HOW customers actually get people on their webinars and to their offers. In this video we show you exactly how to set up your notifications to win.

*  SIDE NOTE - Notifications use our internal email / sms resources. On the Standard plan you are limited to a specific number of emails and sms that can be sent monthly. You can always upgrade to our PRO plan (settings/billing) and get an increase in those limitations. Once you are on the PRO plan, if you end up needing more emails/sms than it offers you can simply “buy credits” inside the platform. We did not want to ‘force you’ into a higher monthly commitment for more credits since you may use more/less in various months of the year.

10. Setting up your sales tracking is important! This is how we track sales into WebinarFuel and how we make sure you know what is working for you. In the video below we show you how to quickly set up sales tracking.

11. The final step of our setup is to choose your Webby App settings. Again we give you full control over how someone views your webinars. In the video below we show you how to control that and which settings we feel will get you the best results.
