Message Templates not working
Here are the 2 most common reasons why you're getting an error when importing messages.
Your file is changed from our template which will cause it to fail.
The first thing is your Show in format is using a ; or a semicolon or it is formatted as 0:00:00 vs 00:00:00.
The next issue is that you are missing the first row from our import file. This cannot be removed. What's important is to not remove the "Custom" or add anything from our template other than "First Name", "Last Name", "Email, "Show In", and "Message"
