How to preview notifications emails

My TEST email notifications are not working?

Test email notifications go to the account owners email on file. 

Test notifications are also prefixed with PREVIEW in the subject line and our non working emails.  The emails are only for purposes of preview of the text, font, etc and not for joining webinars.

If you are not receiving your emails and are using your own SMTP you would need to check with your SMTP activity log directly to troubleshoot what might be going on. For example we were not receiving emails but it was because SendGrid suppressed the email as it has bounced before
