Cancel Your WebinarFuel Account

We're sorry to see you go! Only the account owner can cancel the account, and if you're sure you want to cancel, please remember that there's no turning back — the account will be terminated immediately. 

You can cancel your account by email support@webinarfuel.com. We will respond within 24 hours and we will take your email date as the official cancel date. 

All account data will be permanently deleted 30 days after the account is canceled.

You can pause your account for $10/month by emailing support@webinarfuel.com

You can also self cancel by following the steps below:

1. Login to your account at app.webinarfuel.com 

2. If your account is suspended you will immediately see a orange update billing information button.  If your account is not suspended you can navigate to https://app.webinarfuel.com/settings/billing.

3. Click on the Update Billing Button:

This will take you to the billing portal where you can see your billing details and cancel your plan:
